The website allows OXFORD and ELBA users to design, print and save personalised labels. The user can store his projects in order to reprint them during a subsequent visit.
The usage of My-Oxford Print is free of charge.
You need to create an account to use My-Oxford Print. Our name and a valid email address will be required.
For more information about the conditions related to the use of an email address please read the Privacy Policy concerning.

III. Liability

As a user, you acknowledge the risks inherent in browsing online, including the contamination of your computer equipment by potential viruses circulating on the internet. You also acknowledge that on no account may HAMELIN be held liable for any losses, malfunctions or other damage suffered to your computer equipment, software, network equipment, etc. resulting from the materialization of said risks.
HAMELIN endeavours to check and update the information contained on the Website as regularly as possible.
However, it cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information or the absence of modifications by third parties. Therefore, HAMELIN cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of information contained on the Website.
The Website may also contain hypertext links leading to other internet sites. HAMELIN does not control the accuracy or security of the above internet sites and, therefore, cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of or access to the information on them or their contents.

• The Website features
  The logos, texts, data compilations, graphic features, pictograms, images, photographs, videos, sounds, music, software, catalogues and brands (“the Contents”) displayed on the Website, as well as its general structure and presentation, are protected by the legislation on Intellectual Property.

• Licence of Use
  HAMELIN grants you a licence for the non-commercial use, within the framework of the presentation of its products and related press releases, of the Contents available in the “Press Area” section of the Website (the “Licence”). The Licence is granted free of charge for any country in the world and for the duration of HAMELIN’s Intellectual Property rights. It may be revoked at any time.
  The Licensee undertakes to use the Contents in a responsible manner and not to infringe upon the rights, image or reputation of HAMELIN, its subsidiaries or any of its staff. In particular, it undertakes not to associate the Contents with those of a third party, to respect the completeness of the Contents and to indicate the existence of HAMELIN’s intellectual property rights by mentioning ©HAMELIN.
• Hypertext Links
  HAMELIN reserves the right to request the removal of any link to the Website which may damage the latter.
  My Oxford Print website contain hypertext links to other websites configurated with HOLDHAM agreement.
  However, since HOLDHAM is not able to check the content of the visited websites, it shall accept no liability in this regard.

V. User engagements

You agree that by using My-Oxford Print you will (i) keep secret your username and password used to access My-Oxford Print; (ii) notify HAMELIN immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breaches; and/or (iii) take all reasonable measures to keep your data and backup copies of your data secure to avoid any loss.
You agree that by using My-Oxford Print you will not (i) use My-Oxford Print for any unlawful purposes; (ii) use My-Oxford Print in any way that may interrupt, damage, impair or render the My-Oxford Print Application and/or Website less efficient; (iii) transfer files that contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programmes; (iv) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or penetrate or attempt to penetrate My-Oxford Print’s security measures; or (v) use My-Oxford Print in such a way that adversely affects HAMELIN's name, reputation or goodwill.
HAMELIN reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to My-Oxford Print at any time without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of the restrictions or obligations contained in these Terms. This shall not limit HAMELIN's right to take any other action against you that it considers appropriate to defend its rights or those of any person.
